Niall hails from The Plane Of Shadow, as do all of his people. Not many of the Drow choose to make their homes on the material plane however, and how he came to be there, let alone one of the highest ranking member of The Red Legion Intelligence Network in Sendoure Port, is all matter for speculation. The only sure thing about Niall at all is the fact that he is undyingly loyal to the Legion, and that his skills as a spy and information gatherer are almost unparalleled in the urban arena. |
