Laid across the ruinous back plains of Hell is the immense body of the nephilim Goriel the fallen. During the fall he was cast down and now lies in a fugue state, his mile-long body a mountain of eternally rotting deific flesh. Great swarms of carrion feeding creatures, such as immense insects and buzzards constantly feast upon the remains.
The face of Goriel, his mouth open in an eternal silent scream, is said to contain a portal to the material realm linking to a remote location deep within the deserts of Curmeah. |
