The Golden Way is the home of the Tolenar, the refugees of the "Naresh Apocolypse" alternate timeline in which Naresh had been victorious against the Heralds Of The Dawn in 2988 AA. Tolenar means "exile" in the elven tongue, a fitting name for a people in search of a new home.
The few survivors of the timeline, which was about to collapse into non-existence due to the actual defeat of Naresh and the death of Aranor, were saved by Jerick and brought to the his personal domain to have a second chance at existence. |
